Moon Goddess Luna Davis is a comic book series that debuted in the fall of 1993, as part of a string of new series produced by Ink Bath Comics. It follows the eponymous Luna Davis, a somewhat-typical teenager who learns she is a Moon Goddess, and is the lost child of a family of deities. She chooses to remain on Earth, but must eventually face the beings that are at war with her kind elsewhere.
At some point, she is pen pals with Ivan Vanglaze.
Luna was supposed to be oriented by Omegon the Sky Lord, but because of his possession by Mozubul, this did not happen as such. Because of this, she wound up on Earth, not knowing of her origins.
The series ran strong until the turn of the Millennium, when Ink Bath began to decline financially. The series was shelved when the company tanked on February 17th, 2002.
As of May 2013, there has been no word of Ink Bath's current incarnation resurrecting the series as it has others.
In early March of 2028, Luna was ushered into the IBEU. She became one of many distantly-related relatives of Arcanos.
